I was a Health and Safety Officer and First Aider for 11 years in the company. During COVID lockdown employees were taken temperatures before starting their work and I was taking staff temperatures and recording them.

In 2016 I was nominated and awarded the Eagle award, for

AccountabilityVolunteered to be considered to assist with the processing of Ubank business when Group scheme team had challenges coping with their workload. He took it upon himself to monitor the workflow of this queue and distribute work amongst the 3 agents working the Ubank cases. He further volunteered to assist with the project of bank validation.

Whenever there is a request for ace agents to work extra hours to assist in the issuing of cases he makes sure that he is the first one to arrive in the morning and work until late. He will also show up on weekends to assist despite the fact that it's not his weekend to work.
