Routinely monitor performance and registers of (TB,HIV,STI) and provide mentorshis where required.

Identify poor performance indicators, put together quality improvement plans and implement as agreed upon by the team and facility.

Submit monthly and quarterly report to the line Manager.

Monitor progress against performance monthly.
