Application for ATSU Manager position,
Dear Sir/Madam, I have been faithfully working for ATNS since 2014, when started I was on a CSI (Corporate Social Investment) program for two years as technical support student. For a year ATNS took me to work for THALES SA to learn both software and hardware about TopSky, was fortunate enough to attend ATM course at THALES Headquarters at PARIS(Ranges), the following year that's when I joined the ATA to continue with the learnership. Also did some hours as a student with departments such as IAMU,CAMU,ACC and APP at FAOR center, again with ATM,CNS, Engineering Project and Research Development at ATNS Head Office, the plan was for me to understand how all the department at ATNS link to each other, then 2016 that's when I attended the co-content bursary program, the experience I got from different department really made a good impact towards my studies. I worked as an ATSO at FAGC from September 2016 to December 2018 and transferred to FAOR as an ATSO in January 2019 until I went on Aerodrome course in July 2019, after the completion of the course, I worked at FAKM till today. Since started my career at ATNS as an ATS member, I have demonstrated my ability to learn quickly and exceed expectation. During my tenure, I have developed excellent controlling skills, honed my communication skills working closely with a diverse range of customers and subsequently helped all the stations I worked for with my experience to provide safety. As a loyal employee of ATNS, I'm excited to formally apply for the ATSU Manager position, while I'm happy with my current position, working as a ATSU Manager is more in line with my long-time career goals, and I feel that I would be an immediate asset to the company and management team. I've read the requirement for the ATSU Manager position thoroughly. Although I may have less experience and qualifications than other candidates, I'm confident that the skills I've developed during the two years I've been an OIC, as well as my passion for the work being done here, hence I have been working closely with previous MATS to help and learn how to run the business, make me an ideal fit for the role. Additionally, having researched this role, I feel the skills and experience that I have gained throughout eight years in the company is very valuable to me doing a new role within the business, I appreciate that there will be a learning curve to any new role within the business but I am prepared to do this in order to continue a future career with ATNS. Thank you for taking the time to consider my application for ATSU position. I would very much welcome the opportunity to be called for the interview. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, William Sithole
