- Memo, BRS, Technical Product Description – Requirements reviews;
- Compiling test plan, Test cases and link to business requirements (on ALM Octane);
- Testing processes/strategy implementation;
- Simulation of tests using simulation tools (My Vodacom 111#,, SoapUI (Middleware) and Automation Tools (Device Anywhere, Sigos);
- Design requirements for Automation (QTP, Selenium)
- Conduct various tests (Manual, Usability, Integration);
- Apply test types (Regression, Negative, Sanity etc.);
- Technical testing (White box, Back-end verification);
- Effectively incorporate automation within testing scenarios by creating automatable requirements;
- Test execution, Log and manage defects, Recover from errors, Communicate results;
- Apply organizational standards and procedures;
- Participate in all team and project meetings;
- Maintain up to date testing knowledge;
- Ensure the best quality systems provided are released into production;
- Compile reports and sign-off certificates;
- Research on new Technology
