I managed a team of 20 engineers, architects, and contractors, and coordinated with various stakeholders, such as the client, the city council, and the suppliers. I ensured that the project met the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability, and delivered exceptional results that exceeded the client's expectations. I also completed the project within the agreed 5 year timeline, while also saving 10% of the initial cost estimate.
