I oversee HR, Compliance, SHEQ, Legal, Corporate Services, and Learning and Development, and am responsible for sourcing, due diligence, onboarding suppliers, creating materials, and purchase orders for Helios Towers Group Operations.

• Cost Savings: Achieved over $53,000 in savings in H1, 2024 through effective stakeholder management, market research (price benchmarking), negotiations, and contract management for the departments under my oversight.
• Automation and Training Leadership: Led the sourcing and implementation of an automated procurement system. Developed and modified policies and procedures, and successfully trained 32 candidates from SCM departments across 9 OpCos with a 100% implementation success rate.
• Sustainable Procurement Initiatives: Spearheaded the sustainable procurement of corporate merchandise, resulting in a 1.2-ton CO2 reduction in H1 2024.
• Cyber Security Assessment: Conducted a comprehensive Cyber Security assessment of all suppliers under my purview, achieving a 100% compliance rate following investors' requests regarding the cyber security maturity of our suppliers.

During my procurement internship, I managed payments, contractor relationships, and led cost-saving initiatives like local sourcing, while conducting market research and ensuring compliance with standards. This experience honed my skills in procurement processes, supplier management, cost control, and regulatory adherence, making me well-equipped for advancing in supply chain management.

• Payments Managements: Efficiently managed payment tracking and reporting, leading regular meetings with contractors to assess progress and payment status. This allowed both internal and external stakeholders to capitalize on missed CAPEX projects worth +$4.5 Million.
• Local Sourcing initiatives: Successfully spearheaded local sourcing efforts for power boxes, resulting in a 10% cost decrease and aligning with the company's goals to reduce carbon emissions through local sourcing.
• Cost-Effective Market Research: Conducted market research to identify affordable options for materials and services, such as building access roads to HT's sites.
• Diesel Price Analysis: Evaluated diesel price data to generate accurate reports on a weekly and monthly basis, achieving a 75% success rate in predicting short-term and long-term trends.
• Compliance and Standards: Embraced and complied with organization's QSHE, company processes, and code of conduct to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.
