  • Primarily responsible for ensuring data driven decision making and meeting project targets through data analysis
  • Designing Project specific clinical data collection tools to ensure efficient data for adequate reporting.
  • Ensure Key Populations HIV related data and activities in Country (Eswatini) are adequately reported and represented in national frameworks.
  • Track and update Performance Monitoring Plan, review and set targets, and report on indicators timely
  • Prepare periodic reports and submit to Strategic Information Advisor.
  • Assist in developing digital data collection systems and troubleshoot any issues with data collectors’ mobile data collection activities (DHIS2)
  • Assist in designing formative and evaluative research and provide technical assistance in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
  • Work closely with program staff to develop or update tools that can be used at community level, in response to new or shifting program activities.
  • Provide analysis of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistical reports timely
  • Conduct routine data quality checks on received data from field.
  • Responsible for internal monthly data Quality Assessments (DQA).
  • Ensure that data collection tools are always available, updated and used correctly by users.
