

I have been in the Service and Operations field for a number of years and can say that i have acquired more experience and more knowledge over the years.
I have also had opportunities to manage Projects which have been completed successfully and timeous.
I am a great individual who works well in a team but can also be trusted to work unsupervised and successfully do my duties.

· Coordinate and control assigned projects and delivery activity, acting as the operational owner for workflow progression, stakeholder updates, risks and delivery visibility within agreed parameters.
· Manage the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle, including order validation, triage, ordering, tracking, number porting, customer communication, delivery closure and handover.
· Validate and triage orders, including rejecting or returning orders where information is incomplete, inaccurate or outside agreed scope.
· Place, monitor and progress vendor orders, escalating delays or blockers in line with the delivery process.
· Maintain accurate Salesforce records, provisioning stages and Monday.com workflow tracking for all relevant delivery activity.
· Manage customer expectations through proactive, professional communication on progress, risks, issues and changes.
· Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum and minimise rework.
· Maintain WIP visibility, provide accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of Solution Delivery processes.
