STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP
1. Develop and executing the implementation of People & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with Safair’s business strategy;
2. Contribute to the development and achievement of Safair’s medium and long-term strategy, ensuring effective inclusion of key people and culture considerations;

EMPLOYEE CULTURE
1. Work in partnership with Safair’s Marketing team on effective internal communications; Ensuring frequent communication through various channels. (Ensure communications are sent out by different departments)
2. Define and track measurable value to the business whilst driving employee engagement at each opportunity.(We measure this through eNPS bi-annually)
3. Partner with Human Resource team to increase engagement across the broader company;
4. Development and implementation of a strong social activity (and employee connectivity) program. Engaging with staff in different departments,look at initiatives to promote social activities within certain departments, especially departments not located at head office.
5. Manage and enhance our employee recognition practices to ensure we celebrate our milestones and achievements with various platforms and celebration ceremonies and functions.
6. Planning and executing Award Functions, Special Employee Events/Function and staff functions to celebrate achievements

COMMUNICATION
