-Quantify Vehicle damages

-Negotiate repair quantum with Assessors

-Book vehicle in (including marking all old damages and ensuring authorization is in line with damages needing repairs )

- Ordering of relevant parts of the vehicle

- Follow-up on Parts and invoices

- Liaise with Insured regarding any Parts delays

- Load necessary additionals once vehicle is stripped

- Assist with Quality Control of repairs

- Perform In house Diagnostics reports
