1. Discovery Health: Advising clients on healthcare and medical aid plans, helping them choose the most suitable coverage options based on their needs. This would involve explaining plan benefits, network coverage, hospital choices, and assisting with claims and queries.

2. Discovery Invest: Assisting clients in understanding and selecting investment products offered by Discovery Invest. This would involve discussing various investment strategies, risk profiles, and helping clients make informed decisions about their investment portfolios.(Retirement Annuities, Provident funds , Transfers , Preservation Funds, Endowments (Local and International , Tax Free Savings. Flexible Investments , Guaranteed Growth Plans. Income Plans, etc)

3. Discovery Life: Providing guidance on life insurance policies offered by Discovery Life. This would involve discussing coverage options, premium calculations, underwriting processes, and ensuring that the policies align with clients' financial goals and protection needs.

4. Discovery Bank: Assisting clients with understanding and managing their financial needs through Discovery Bank. This would involve explaining the banking products and services offered, such as transactional accounts, savings accounts, loans, and credit facilities. Additionally, you would guide clients through the digital banking platform and help them optimize their banking experience.

5. Discovery Insure: Guiding clients on motor and household insurance products offered by Discovery Insure. This would involve explaining coverage options, premiums, excess, and claims processes for both personal and commercial policies.

6. Vitality: Explaining the benefits and incentives of the Vitality program offered by Discovery. This would include discussing the integration of Vitality with various Discovery products, such as health insurance, life insurance, banking, and motor insurance, as well as assisting clients in maximizing their Vitality rewards and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
