I drafted and pitched an innovative idea to optimise sales nationally, with good prospective filter through to Global within the organisation. The idea was endorsed by the current Chief Consumer Officer of MTN South Africa. This projected my progressive thinking because of the time I suggested it and later affirmed by Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
Briefly, it was about our brand App or USSD code which would enable customers to check their status in prospect to obtain new contracts by starting with remote vetting process, without compromising vetting integrity and security measures. The idea was based on express and conveniency concept I identified, furthermore, to relieve customers from embarrassment of being declined in a store environment.
2010
I was re-elected to Supervise the team of MTN brand ambassadors consisted of seven members excluding myself, on the World Cup tournament. We were based in Loftus Versfeld Stadium. I ensured the seamless process of activating and issuing of sim cards, timely resolution on data and airtime loading issues and manage all other escalated operational issues.
2009
I was nominated to co-supervise the team of MTN brand ambassadors consisted of five members excluding myself, during the Confederations Cup. We were based at the Loftus Versveld Stadium. I had same the responsibilities as above-mentioned, however, there were shared herein.
2017
I was nominees to participate in Duma Ndlovu Academy for actor’s workshops training programme amid the large number of auditionees. I landed this opportunity when I had to drop out in my pursuit of BCom Law. However, I could not complete the programme due to mandatory move to Gqeberha.
2006
I received learnership for 2007 as one of the thirty recipients, amongst thousands of auditionees. Main highlight in this achievement was that, in our group of six thespians, we co-wrote our auditions’ final act and I directed the play and remarkably five of us received the learnership.
I enjoy non-fiction books like autobiography, memoir, biography, self-help books and business books. I like exercising and engaging with friends and colleagues.
