Improving food and nutrition security, nutritional and health status of rural communities, The project was led by Professor X.G. Mbhenyane from Stellenbosch University and I led the exploration of indigenous food strategies that can be implemented to address the challenges of food and nutrition security in rural communities of Vhembe district., Revitalization of abandoned subsistence farming, preservation of indigenous food to ensure availability at all time.
