• TFG (South Africa) (05/2020 – 01/2022) – Supported the Solution Architect with downstream data analysis and Coupa configuration on P2P and Invoicing.
• Atlantis (Dubai) (03/2022 – 07/2022). As consultant I supported on both upstream and downstream data analysis and Coupa configuration in P2P, Sourcing and SIM modules. Presented in-person Coupa end-user training on location in Dubai.
• Inway (Germany) (11/2022 - 01/2023) – Conducted three MTP’s (move to production) on behalf of Inway.
• African Rainbow Minerals (South Africa) (11/2022 – 05/2023) – As consultant supported solution architect with both upstream and downstream data analysis and configuration (SIM, Sourcing, P2P, Invoicing). Completed design and configuration documentation. Conducted Coupa end-user training on location.
• SSR Mining (multinational) (05/2023 – 08/2023) – Supported the Solution Architect on P2P for a portion of the project in design and configuration.
• MAF (Dubai) (06/2024 - 09/2024) Assisted in Supplier Enablement for several weeks.
• Gocardless.com (01/2024). As a Coupa Certified Instructor I conducted and co-facilitated a three day Procure to Invoice certification training for a Coupa administrator.
• Petra Diamonds (South Africa) – (08/2024 – Present). Supported the Solution Architect on both upstream and downstream in data analysis, design and configuration. Completed design and configuration documentation. Conducted Train the Trainer training for all modules implemented with the exception of the Coupa Contracts module. Assisted in UAT and MTP. Providing ongoing support.

• Designed several modules for a 6 week Project Management and Leadership course for Oxford University entitled Strategic Project Leadership.
• This involved liaising with Oxford faculty, designing, structuring and writing course content and video scripts.
• Interacting with and instructing the graphic design and video production teams.
• Presenting and explaining course content to marketing and internal stakeholders.
