· Using the specimen ballot paper, the APO enlightens (if necessary) the elector on the procedure associated with marking the ballot paper, thusly therefore choosing the Political Party of his or her choice.
Demonstrating to and instructing the elector on how to fold the ballot paper after marking vote
· Requests the voter to show the ink mark on his/her left thumbnail.
· Removes one ballot in the presence of the voter from each ballot
· Stamps the page in the green bar-coded ID
· Confirm the number of ballots to be issued for every section 24A voter.
