Focused on shifting the PMO culture towards adaptability, collaboration, and value-driven delivery, aligning with business goals for improved outcomes
• Designed and facilitated an Agile Culture Survey for the PMO to assess key areas of Collaboration, Servant Leadership, and Experimentation. The insights informed targeted coaching strategies and cultural shifts. Due to its impact, the survey was later rolled out across other practices, including the Business Analysis (BA) practice, to provide a comparative view of Agile maturity across the organisation.

• As Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), I played a strategic role in optimising the CIO’s office, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments and with external stakeholders. In addition to supporting senior leadership , I was embedded alongside software development teams, which sparked my interest in Agile practices and team dynamics. Working closely with these teams provided valuable insight into their challenges and opportunities, fueling my passion for fostering collaboration and driving high-performing teams. This exposure laid the foundation for my transition into Scrum Master . My journey has been focused on helping teams improve their processes, enhance communication, and achieve sustainable success through the application of Agile principles, leading them on a path of continuous improvement. The opportunity to experiment with the Scrum Master role further solidified my path, allowing me to lead Agile events and support development teams before formally stepping into the position.

• In my role as Executive Assistant to the CE of the Brand Division at Sanlam, I played a critical part in managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring smooth communication between the Brand team, senior leadership, and external partners. I was actively involved in supporting the broader marketing team, building strong, collaborative relationships across departments, and contributing to the successful execution of strategic initiatives. One of my most notable achievements was my involvement in the First Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, where I played an instrumental role in the event’s planning and execution, leading to my recognition with the prestigious CEO Award for Superior Performance.

• I worked closely with the Brand leadership team, supporting key strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. My role involved managing day-to-day operations, coordinating high-level meetings, and playing an integral part in fostering relationships within the marketing team and beyond.
