◆ Perform housekeeping and cleaning process equipment maintenance duties.

◆ Conduct EA publicity and ( DU publicity where necessary );

◆ Supervise all the work of each FW that is assigned to you and ensure that quality work is completed within time frames. Monitor and track daily progress of FWs.

◆ Integrate multiple schedules into a master. project schedule, base line, status, and. perform measurement baseline.

◆ Identify changes in the work scope in the. project plan.

◆ Conducted thorough risk assessments for. each project phase, mitigating potential. issues before they arose.
