Plan and implement learning and development interventions.
Source relevant learning solutions or recommendations for identified training needs.
Assist in the implementation of all learning programmes/ projects.
Develop and manage all organisational development.
Arrange all training programmes,including ensuring venues and catering are booked.

Ensure comprehensive monthly training reports are done and sent to Learning and Development Manager.
Report for all training and development for SETA, BBBEE and all compliance reporting.
