  • We obtain all evidence related to an Insurance Claim. We then determine what is relevant. Once a claim is registered with a call centre advisor, we are their eyes & ears. The quicker we verify all the facts the quicker the claim will be finalised. Should there be a variance from the version given by the client & the objective facts we obtain or gather, we will canvass this with the client & give the client the opportunity to explain the discrepancies. Should there be a new version afterwards – we will attempt to verify this.
  • We then present all the facts & our recommendation to a claims committee meeting (who apply their minds to the facts & make a decision) & directly to the Insurer. It is imperative that the client & all concerned give us true & complete information.
  • Comprehensive assessments & investigation on the following claims: Armed Robberies & Burglaries to Contents of homes / all-risk Items, namely Specified & Unspecified, Common Theft, Loss of items, Accidental Damage, Insured Perils.
  • Correspondence entails the following: Comprehensive assessment & validation of claims, Correspondence to all parties involved in a specific incident, Costing and payments to clients and service providers, Underwriting of all types of claims allocated on a daily basis, Finalizing of claims with clients within excellent turn-around-time.
  • Development opportunities: Attended & completed numerous Investigation courses offered by the company, Attended & completed Investigation & Final Interview training within the company.
