Amendments to Founding Statement (CK2, transfer of member’s interest, Change of name, Change of principal business, Change of year-end), Change of Accounting Officer & Registered Address, Conversions from Close Corporate’s to Company, Electronic Lodgements On CIPC – director changes; annual returns, disclosure certificates, Submitting supporting documents to the department, Liaising with the different entities and members in terms of the above mentioned and Maintaining and keeping records of CIPC related matters and SAICA’s and its entities trademarks

DSD
