i was responsible for tutoring and educating students on technical design software using the adobe suite, working closely with instructors, and providing illustration-based presentations.

I’ve gained hands-on experience as a freelance graphic designer, working directly with clients on a variety of projects. This has helped me strengthen not only my design skills but also my ability to communicate clearly, understand different perspectives, and build strong working relationships. Through managing my own projects, I’ve learned how to handle feedback, adapt to different personalities, and deliver work that meets both creative and client expectations.

As a graphic design student at Vega Pretoria, I was involved in a brand activation project for Zulu Mien, where I contributed to developing visual elements and supporting the overall campaign execution. Working on this project in a team environment taught me how to collaborate effectively, share ideas, and align my design work with a broader creative direction. It pushed me to communicate clearly, take feedback constructively, and adapt my work to meet both team and brand expectations, ultimately strengthening my ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
