As a Valve Technician, my roles include.

• Responsible for the repair and testing of various valves, including, but not limited to, ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety relief valves, etc.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing of valves.
• Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control standards that apply to the job.
• Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
• Travel to job sites, and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements.
• Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, and customers to ensure the timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
• Works closely with co-workers, management, and the safety coordinator to ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.

My roles included assembling, repairing, and calibrating Masoneilan Control Valves and Consolidated Safety Valves. I also obtained the following certifications:

• Level 1 Marc Training / Masoneilan Valves.
• Level 1 GTC Training / Consolidated Valves

My roles involved stripping, repairing, and assembling valves, including fitting accessories, tubing, and valve calibration. I worked on the following valve brands:

• CCI.
• Masoneilan.
• Mitech.
• Fisher.
• Cashco.
• Flowserve.
