- Develop a Health and Safety communication strategy that reflects the needs of the business, departments, and individuals to ensure that all employees are fully briefed and aware of the key priorities.
- Ensure that all levels of management are informed about Requirements, Procedures, Work Instructions and Safe Work Procedures related to the OHS Act and that the content is shared with employees within each department.
- Participate in internal and external audits, as well as policy reviews and statutory enquiries.
- Coordinate visible leadership initiatives and track cultural changes on behavior and attitude.
