• Retrieve and organize data into required reporting formats to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation, such as Monthly Capital Expenditure Reporting, Monthly sales analysis, Store performance analysis.
• Monthly P&L and Cashflow forecasting including variance analysis .
• Preparation and finalization of the annual budget planning process and identifying areas for improvement.
• Increase financial accuracy by reviewing and analyzing budget variances on a monthly basis.
• Enable informed decision-making with timely delivery of ad hoc reports tailored to specific stakeholder needs.
• Assist in management and accounting activities such as valuation analyses on owned properties, due diligence support, and post-acquisition integration which includes preparation of intercompany rental schedules and lease smoothing.
• Assist in preparation of presentations, data tables and other documents to aid decision making.
• Manage work in progress accounts for all capital projects.
• Authorization of project related payments, per my approved delegation of authority

Preparation and finalization of Annual operating plans for both operating and capital expenditure

• Manage Monthly forecasting process
• Improve budget forecasting accuracy with detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures.
• Handle day-to-day accounting processes to drive financial accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including acquisition costs, depreciation schedules, and current values for insurance purposes.

• Handle day-to-day accounting processes to drive financial accuracy.
• Capturing of daily bank statements onto the system and processing of monthly journals.
• Analyze ledgers & accounts to allow for the reconciliation of financial data according to stated schedules, so that the company remains aware of its financial position on an on-going basis & statutory reports can be produced within legislative time limits.
• Monitoring income and expenses and collecting receivables.
• Preparing Invoices for payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts
• Managing and maintaining the debtors control system on a monthly basis.
• Managing and maintaining fixed assets.
• Report on all inter-companies from income statement to balance sheet.

• Assist with month end close off
• Maintain Cash books/ ledger accounts, journals, balance sheets, income statements.
• Manage petty cash
• Rental invoicing and allocation of payments
• Rent rolls, rental & payment schedules
• Debtors control and debt collection
• Reception duty
• Accounts receivable transactions
• Preparation of Vat schedules etc.
