- Procurement of goods and services for the Western Cape Provincial Office, all Magistrate Courts within the Province as well as the Masters Office, Family Advocate, state Law Advisors and State Attorney branches.
- Responsible for compliance checks of procurement packs received from officials at the Provincial Office, all Magistrate Offices, Family Advocate, Masters Office, State Law Advisors and State Attorney.
- Drafting of specifications for the procurement of goods and services.
- Sourcing of quotations from prospective suppliers for procurement of goods and services.
- Drawing of CSD and CIPC reports to ensure that suppliers are compliant and may do business with the state.

- Responsible for the monitoring of commitment and outstanding payment reports during the financial year for all offices in the Province.
- Ensuring that all commitments and outstanding payments in respect of all offices are cleared by the end of each financial year.

- Responsible for monitoring of the Provincial Photocopier Lease Register for the Province.
