  • Drafting of specifications for the procurement of goods and services.

  • Drawing of CSD and CIPC reports to ensure that suppliers are compliant and may do business with the state.
  • Performing the following functions on the JYP procurement system:

Capturing of requisitions.

Evaluation of request for quotations for all offices in the WC Province.

Cancellation of purchase orders, requisitions and request for quotations for all offices in the WC Province.

  • Responsible for the monitoring of commitment and outstanding payment reports during the financial year for all offices in the Province.
  • Ensuring that all commitments and outstanding payments in respect of all offices are cleared by the end of each financial year.
