Legal claims consultant (Recoveries and third-party claims)

- Register new claims,

- Prepare claim documents and review them for completeness,

- Appoint Attorneys for contingency matter,

- Liaise with client and Third party with update and follow ups,

- Excess refund and release payment,

- Daily System checks and Monitoring

- Creation of Internal and external Users on the Tial System

- Agile Methodology applied for sprint planning

- Responsible for Jira workflow for Tial BAU and Project Tickets

- Administration of logging of tickets on Itops

- Assisting Senior BA in Tial Project

- Assisting Advisor and staff with Tial related queries

- Assisting Advisors and RMs during War Room after migration

- Reviewing and logging of user stories on Centralize (Third party system)

- Responsible for updating the Sprint Throughput for the Project manager

- Responsible for training new Team members on different systems

- Responsible for sending Comms on Sendgrid to the Advisor community and Tial Users

- Responsible for making Payments to Suppliers for services rendered

- Follow up with suppliers on outstanding documents to finalize payments

- Legal assistance (Recoveries and third‑party claims)

- Collect claim documents

- Send updates letters to clients

- Contingency matters to Attorneys

- Excess refund

- Record keeping

- Acknowledgment of debt and follow up on monthly debt from third parties.

- New business for potential clients

- Policy amendments

- Renewal discounts on policies as per mandate and underwriting guidelines

- Data capturing and policy transfers
