· Legal appointments for all legally appointed position as per MHSA, every time when the Manager is taking leave, I draft an acting appointment and need to be submitted at DMRE and loaded in the server

· BRPM Monthly Lost Times Injuries Submission Reports as per DMRE instruction, Ref No: 11/4/4

· Monthly QMED Report – All Monthly Injuries (MTC, LTI and Reportable)

· Capturing DMRE Visits (Inspections and Section 54/55 Reports issued by the Inspectors), Communicating to IBR Operations and Submission to the Snr. Data Statistician and to the MRM department at the end of the month.

· Collecting of the Newly HSE Talk Topics from Impala Central HSE offices and communicating them to Impala Bafokeng Operations monthly.

· Update and Circulating the Updated HSE Policies for signatures and updating them in the Management SHER System.

· Monitor and update different Sunday Labour Permissions and other related MHSA Permits

· Ensure that medical Team is reminded of the Medical Annual Reports and communicating the reports through IBR Operations.

· Ensure that Monthly Legal Updates from (Embewu) is communicated to all HOD’s

· Communicating HSE Quarterly Objectives and Targets.

· Internal Audits - Ensure that ISO 45001 internal audit is conducted as per requirement by the ISO certification body including documents preparation

· Management Review (Yearly), planning, coordinating the meeting and drafting of the minutes and getting signatures form the Mine Managers.

· Do pre-arrangements for SHE Auditors following the audits schedule by liaising with responsible personnels

· External Audits – DQS (ISO 45001 Certification and verification assessments) which is a requirement including documents preparation

· External Audits- Regulatory Legal Compliance for IBR Operations, done as per ISO 45001 Requirements and MHSA requirement),

· Accompanying auditors during their site visits (Surface and underground).

· Monitor the compliance on SAMRASS 1 & 2 and Section 11.5 Reports into the Server.

· Monitor compliance and submissions on SAMRASS 4 and 9

· Assist the Operational Areas with draft presentation during Section 54

· Assist with drafting of DMRE Letter when required

· Ensure that the SHE Management system is kept updated.
