Tyler is a dedicated and versatile social science professional specializing in psychology, language, and education. At Neurozone, he has created science-backed content for academic and lay audiences, co-published peer-reviewed papers in Cogent Psychology and the International Journal of Testing, and developed and tested digital well-being products. Tyler was a Research Assistant for 1 year, and taught Psychology for 2 years, at the University of Cape Town. He also taught English as a foreign language to adults for 3 years across Japan, Vietnam, and South Africa. Based on his own top-achieving Master's work in the psychology of social justice, Tyler's inclusive teaching style aims to foster critical thinking and empathic connection across differences.
