Support and maintain SAP transactions related to inventory, receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping

• Run system reports and dashboards to monitor inventory and operations.
• Train and assist other users on how to use SAP features correctly.
• Coordinating inbound supply data and ensuring it flows correctly into SAP systems.
• Supporting supplier-related transactions (like returns to vendor, quality issues, or supplier certificates) where SAP must reflect correct data.
• Monitoring compliance of supplier processes with company standards (policies, quality and documentation).
• Analysing data to help improve supplier performance and reduce errors or delays.
• Handle exceptions like damaged goods, returns to vendor, obsolete stock, etc.
