• Here, focus shifted to customer interaction
• Reading customer needs, offering upsells with a smile, and resolving any issues calmly became my forte
• This dual role gave me a well-rounded understanding of the entire restaurant operation
• I learned the importance of teamwork, where a smooth handover from prep to service was key
• Most importantly, I discovered a passion for exceeding customer expectations, no matter which side of the counter I was on.

This program equipped me with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills needed to program in Python. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on exercises, I gained expertise in Python syntax and data structure, control flow and functions, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and working with files and modules.

I graduated with flying colors! My passion for business ignited during my studies, and I am particularly proud of achieving a distinction in Business Studies. I'm excited to use the skills I've honed in market analysis, strategic planning, and business fundamentals to make a real impact in the world of commerce.
