  • Schedules received from managers by the 5th of the month.
  • Check the correctness of all LF Sechedules and submit to finance by the 10th
  • File the approved copies.

CLAWBACKS

  • All clawback reports received from the wholesaler by the 12th of every month-check report
  • Submit the report for verification to OTC department for authorisation and approval
  • Send the approve clawbacks to finance for payment or credi note
  • Send the Wholesalers the Pop or credit note once


FLEET REPORTS AND CASH CLAIMS

  • Send reports to managers and reps
  • signed copies and slips received back by the 4th
  • Reports checked and given to my manager by the 10th
  • Submit the reports to finance and HR by the 15th


DOMAIN SYSTEM


  • Receive documents from Reps of the new Pharmacies or Hospitals
  • Check and send documents to Finance to load them on Pastel/Cash book
  • Maintain Activo support email
  • Once loaded capture or load the new Pharmacy on the domain system (ActivoCare)
  • Generate Login details
  • Send login details to the Reps/Pharmacies
  • Handle login details queries
  • Circulate list of outstanding approvals
