Capacity building and Assessment of marginalized schools towards of realization of The Action Plan 2023, as with the Action Plan 2014/2019
-Building Leader and Educator Capacity (Face to face interviews with School Management Teams and individual educators in foundation, Intermediate and Senior phase)
