  • Ensure the annual training plan and skills needs of the business are aligned and addressed in line with HRD policies.
  • Manage and assist with community training initiatives i.e., AET, bursaries, internships, learnerships.
  • Manage internal graduates programmes, learnerships, internships.
  • Manage BBBEE HRD spend and ensure proper reporting.
  • Accurate administration of employee information system management in compliance to Popia and other employee system legislation.
  • Compiling and generation of monthly HR reporting.
  • Monthly labour statistics and EE reporting.
  • Ensure effective processes and systems for contractor management and reporting.
  • Proper alignment with the mine employee policies.
  • Assist with proper local recruitment onboarding processes.
  • Execute, monitor, and manage SLP commitments.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Company in support of its strategy.
  • Implement projects that are aligned with LED’s, IDP’s of the relevant municipalities and PGDS.
  • Liaise and attend community forums on behalf of the Company.
  • Participating on the LED, IDP Forums.
  • Ensure that local recruitment and community training is done in accordance with the SLP commitments.

  • Implement approved CSI projects.
  • Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and present to the General Manager/Group CED Manager before submission to Regulators i.e. Mining Charter reports and annual SLP reports.
  • Report all community activities monthly in operational meetings and head office.
  • Report progress on SLP/Mining Charter and BBBEE requirements.
  • Liaise and attend community forums on behalf of the Mbuyelo.
  • Participate on the LED Forums.
  • Liaise with: All Government Department, district, and Local government, CED service providers, NGO’s and communities.
