Accomplishments
I have recruited and maintained 90% Adolescent Youth living with HIV in Youth Care Clubs. Got 80% of my Adolescent Viral Load taken within their cohort. Successfully formed Youth Care Clubs to 9 Facilities. Performed Finger Prick Blood collection and knowledged of HIV rapid testing procedures. Mobilised and recruited 80% of AGYWs and ABYMs referring them for oral PrEP initiations.
