Summary

Registered Social Worker and Wellness Practitioner with a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare, child protection, psychosocial support, employee wellness, workplace mental health and programme implementation. My professional journey began in clinical healthcare as a Paediatric Auxiliary Nurse before transitioning into social work, where I developed extensive experience in psychosocial assessments, case management, crisis intervention, counseling, stakeholder engagement and advocacy for vulnerable populations.

Currently serving as a Wellness Practitioner within the engineering sector, I provide short-term counselling, coordinate employee wellness initiatives, advise management on workplace wellbeing, conflict resolution, organisational culture and policies that influence employee wellness and productivity. Alongside my professional role, I founded Beautiful Mind Space, a wellness company dedicated to developing practical and innovative mental health support services, with a particular passion for stress management, prevention and workplace wellbeing.

Although I have not yet held a formal supervisory position, my career has consistently required me to coordinate multidisciplinary interventions, guide stakeholders, facilitate programs, mentor colleagues through collaborative practice, advise management, and take ownership of initiatives that improve service delivery. These experiences have equipped me with leadership, planning, organisational and decision-making skills that readily translate into effective program and team management.

I am recognised for my teachable spirit, resilience, creativity, professionalism and passion for promoting mental health. I am committed to developing evidence-informed wellness programs, reducing stigma surrounding mental illness, strengthening organisational wellbeing, and contributing to healthier, more productive workplaces through strategic, people-centered interventions.
