- Filing of tax returns for individuals and companies.

- Bookkeeping and financial reporting for small companies.

- Ensuring compliance for individuals and companies in terms of taxes and annual returns.

• Developing and Implementation of Audit Strategy.
• Implementation of International Auditing Standards.
• Review of audit file to ensure that it complies with the IRBA requirements and internal requirements.
• Implementation of Audit Process from Planning Phase to Reporting and conclusions.
• Communications with audit clients on overall audit process, strategy, findings and audit budget.
• Understanding and audit of relevant legal framework applicable (for example VAT Act, Income Tax Act and Companies Act).
• Management of teams to ensure efficient and effective output.
• Training of trainees in terms of work to be performed to ensure quality output.
• Providing feedback in terms of work performed to team members and providing support where applicable.
• Mentoring and coaching of trainees in terms of work goals and personal goals.

• Performing audit work (planning phase to finalization phase).
• Training subordinates in terms of audit work allocated.
• Communication with audit clients to request for information required for work to be performed.
• Reviewing of work performed by subordinates.

• Accounting and administrative work.
• Filing of Tax returns for individuals, companies and trusts.
• Bookkeeping for companies ( Pastel software used).
• Audit of government institutions ( The Auditor General audits using Teammate).

• Pastel Accounting course Teaching Assistant ( using Pastel software)
• Assisting students that are at a risk of failing by developing a personalized approach.
• Marking of student scripts and providing feedback.
• Engaging with other teachers to set exam questions for the course.
