• Commissioning, normal operation, start-up and shutdown of production plant on DCS
• Production planning, reporting, optimisation and quality control
• Acting Shift Supervisor when he/she is absent
• Liaise with other department to keep plant on-line
• Maintain a safe working environment(Issue work permits, conduct job safety analysis, equipment isolation and lock-out)
• Troubleshooting and RCA on production process disturbances
• Shut Scaffold Co-ordination
• Compile and update SOP, OEE, and SAP documents
