
Resourceful Project Manager with 10 years of expertise in organizing business operations, financial oversight and resource management to achieve smooth flow and project operations. · CAPEX Project Management – Manage the full lifecycle of capital expenditure projects across CPOA’s retirement villages and facilities, from project initiation, planning and budgeting through procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.
· Maintenance Project Management – Plan, coordinate and oversee infrastructure maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects to ensure CPOA facilities remain safe, functional, compliant and fit for purpose.
· Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop and manage project programmes, work schedules, milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within approved timeframes while minimising disruption to residents and facility operations.
· Budget & Cost Management – Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditure, control costs and assess variations to ensure CAPEX and maintenance projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
· Contractor & Consultant Management – Procure, appoint and manage contractors, professional consultants and specialist service providers, including monitoring performance, workmanship, contractual obligations and project deliverables.
· Stakeholder & Resident Management – Coordinate communication with management, village managers, residents, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, ensuring project activities are effectively communicated and operational disruptions are managed.
· Quality, Compliance & HSE Management – Monitor construction and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with specifications, applicable legislation, health and safety requirements, quality standards and CPOA policies.
· Risk & Issue Management – Identify, assess and manage project risks, construction constraints, operational challenges and unforeseen conditions, implementing practical mitigation and corrective measures to protect project objectives.
· Project Procurement & Commercial Administration – Manage scopes of work, quotations, tender processes, purchase orders, contractor appointments, valuations, variations, payment recommendations and final accounts in accordance with organisational procedures.
· Project Close-Out & Asset Management– Coordinate inspections, snagging, completion documentation, warranties, handover and close-out processes, while maintaining appropriate project records and ensuring completed works are properly incorporated into CPOA’s infrastructure and maintenance requirements.
· Wind Turbine Project Management – Manage end-to-end inspection, maintenance and repair activities across utility-scale wind farms, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, within agreed schedules and to required quality standards.
· Team Leadership & Supervision – Lead and coordinate teams of LMIs (Lead Mechanical Inspectors), allocating resources, monitoring performance and ensuring teams meet operational, technical and project objectives.
· Statutory Inspection Management – Plan, coordinate and oversee statutory inspections of wind turbine components and systems, ensuring inspections are completed in accordance with applicable regulatory, manufacturer and client requirements.
· Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Manage planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance programmes, ensuring turbine faults and defects are identified, prioritised and resolved to maximise turbine availability and operational performance.
· HSE & Quality Management – Provide visible leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance, ensuring compliance with company procedures, site requirements, risk assessments, safe work practices and quality standards.
· Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop and manage work programmes, maintenance schedules, shutdown activities and resource plans to optimise turbine availability and ensure projects and maintenance campaigns are delivered within required timeframes.
· Client & Stakeholder Management – Maintain effective working relationships with wind farm owners, clients, site management, OEMs, subcontractors and internal departments, providing regular updates on progress, risks, technical issues and project performance.
· Technical & Defect Management – Coordinate the identification, assessment and resolution of turbine defects and technical issues, working with engineering teams, OEMs and specialist contractors to implement effective corrective actions.
· Materials, Spares & Resource Management – Coordinate the planning, availability and utilisation of tools, equipment, specialist resources and critical turbine spares required to execute maintenance, inspection and repair activities efficiently.
· Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Monitor project and maintenance KPIs, turbine availability, productivity, quality, HSE performance and schedule adherence; prepare management reports and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
