Assist managers with drafting job descriptions in alignment with the business unit requirements. File, maintain and update all relevant documentation on employees’ personnel records. Manage all business card orders, efficiently and according to company standard. Provide assistance on Performance Management System. Manage probations, and issue letters or arrange for performance measurement to be put in place. Update and maintain departmental SharePoint. Submit the quarterly STATS Report to STATS SA and provide answers where there are vast differences of quarterly figures. Review CVs and source suitable candidates for certain departments. Conduct interviews with relevant department managers and provide advise where necessary.
  • Training & Development Assist employees with booking for all training requirements, getting approvals from managers, HR Executive and ensure payment is done. Update and record all the training for WSP and ATR reporting (SSETA). Evaluate and prepare training needs and assessment to bridge the gaps.

    Employee Wellness, Relations and Engagements
    Plan and coordinate employee wellness activities and other events to ensure all plans and set up are done before actual event. Arrange meetings with ICAS manager to induct new employees on the programme and do a refresher programme meeting on an annual bases. First contact of employee referrals if managers sense issues with employees. Manage absenteeism with managers by reporting on the trends. Organize with the SANBS to visit the premises.
