Management of employee’s electronic filing and employee relations.
VIP HR Administration
- Upload new employee information and updating employee personal information.
- Leave Administration (Current, due and taken leave)
- Capturing of all leave (maternity, annual, sick, family, study) and making changes
- Compiling of hours worked for payroll department to ensure overtime is paid correctly.
- Prepare information for payroll department monthly (increases, promotions, transfers)
- VIP monthly reports
- Assisting employees / beneficiaries with death claims
Medical Scheme
- Administration of all take-on documentation of new employees
- Assist members with submission of claims and their savings and if necessary, help with finding correct service providers.
- Adding or withdrawal of dependants and or withdrawing principal members
- Preparing figures for payroll purposes
Terminations
- Ensure all required exit documentation are complete.
- Approval of resignation and or termination notification
- Exit Clearance Form
- Benefits withdrawals
- Notify employee of exit interview
- Conduct exit interview.
Administration
- On boarding administration - processing of paperwork for new employees
- Develop and maintain employee personal files.
- Capture all transfer, increases, resignations, terminations.
- Type correspondence: Contracts/letter of appointments/ terminations
- Resolve employee queries.
- Liaising with payroll
- Provide general assistance to HR management.
