• Negotiated and resolved conflicts between the university stakeholders and the societies dance instructors
• Provided guidance in distributing over R100 000.00 in society funds
• Facilitated the procurement of dance venues to host the close to 200 dancers we have

• Designed an MVP web app for storing and managing the 2000 student data the organization has accumulated
• Analyzed over 60 000 data entries collected over a decade from over 15 000 schools to assess their performance and identify target schools to engage
• Conducted research on several projects focusing on course offerings made by all the public universities in South Africa
  

Gained real world exposure to the activities of an analyst at some of South Africa's top banks (RMB, Absa, and Nedbank). Developed models to predict insurance premiums. Determined the banks capital requirements post Basel 4 in South Africa. Cleaned and preprocessed multiple data sets before making recommendations to the bank.

• Implemented two COVID-19 outreach programs:
• One that fed over 70 individuals of the homeless population daily and outlasted my intern year
• Another that issued over 300 food parcels to families in need
• Co-lead the spiritual development of the interns
• Facilitated the academic development of high school students through tutoring and mentorship
• Recognized as the organizations 'Intern of the Year'
