  • Responsible for daily Fixed and Fibre customer order tracking in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner for all online customer applications received from the store/mini store/ kiosk/ container to include the following: processing orders, checking the paperwork as per the application, confirming required documents, tracking, and troubleshooting any orders status until finalization and reconciling any orders that need corrections throughout the order fulfilment lifecycle
  • To proactively interface with other stakeholders to expedite service delivery to ensure timely execution of all aspects of the sales loop and to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery
