• Involved in advocating for students' active participation in academics, leadership structures and career development; and
• Assisting students to make positive and effective decisions in order to foster their personal and professional growth.

• Initiating programmes that craft the vision, value and mission of Arista (love, excellence, discipline, commitment, and trust) as the foundation ;
• Fostering a culture for comfortable and active student participation in embodying such values;
• Collaborate on enacting strategies to enhance students' experience in the University.

I assisted the Residence Council in executing her official duties by:

• creating posters for events awareness;
• sending out communication to the group members in the main group;
• actively participating in initiatives such as time management workshops, spelling bee competitions, food-donation competitions and programmes, and encouraging academic excellence within and outside the residence.

• assisting my lecturer to get important communique through to the class, and vice versa, while creating a comfortable space for the students to share their ideas and opinions amongst each other and with her.
• assisted in providing learning, teaching information and alerting the class of their assessment feedback.

• First-year transitional module in which I helped in making students find their voice within the class, by encouraging active participation and enhancing the learning environment;
• Taking down attendance, informing the class of any developments within the class, forming groups for group tasks and communicating the general interests, concerns of the class to the facilitator and vice versa.
