  • Managing multiple projects related to automated credit scoring of FNB customers, this included dealing with different business units to gather information on FNB customers on their current portfolio behavior
  • These projects spanned over a minimum of 3 months and could take up to 12 months to implement depending on the size of the projects, I have also been the PM (from a credit scoring perspective) on the implementation of our new bank in Ghana which is still ongoing, and this project has been in operation for over 12 months
  • I was then appointed to oversee the capacity planning of all PM's as well as reviewing all projects logged, ensuring that impacts assessments, prioritization and allocation of projects take place
  • I Implemented a new Portfolio Management System (Rational Focal Point), This system has enabled my PMO to track cost and time estimate vs
  • Actual, better prioritization of projects in terms of ROI, capacity planning and resource allocations.

Utilizing the Rational Unified Process (RUP) fundamentals, I ensured a structured approach to project management while fostering effective collaboration among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Engagement: Conducted thorough market research and engaged with multiple vendors to assess and select the best technological solution tailored to FNB's needs. This involved evaluating features, costs, and scalability to ensure optimal long-term benefits.
  • Stakeholder Management: Actively communicated with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, technology teams, and customer service departments, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
