Summary

Finance, much like the arts, is a necessary and unique talent. However, unlike the latter, the role of finance professionals is often not perceived as liberating, creative, or inherently contributive in the way artists and their work are celebrated. Despite this, I firmly believe that talented individuals in finance are equally vital. Without skilled finance professionals, successful businesses would struggle to thrive, and struggling businesses might fail to find a path forward. I strongly believe that the presence—or absence—of the right finance team can define a business’s make-or-break moment. For me, finance has always been a passion and a skill that feels almost second nature—a super talent, if you will. I have consistently found joy and ease in mastering its intricacies, and I am driven by the impact finance can have on shaping business success.
