Summary

With a career spanning over two decades, I have had the privilege of working for some of the leading multinationals within the telco, software and financial sectors. I have served major clients in retail, financial services, manufacturing, telecoms, utilities, as well as public sector. Some of the geographies that I have worked in include South Africa, East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Ethiopia), and West Africa.

I am obsessively passionate about customer excellence from a service delivery perspective. I always endeavor to find innovative ways to add value to my team and client's business.

Going forward, my goal remains to work with clients and organizations that want to make the world a better place: From leveraging new technologies, to renewables. We have to always be thinking of finding better and cheaper ways of doing business.

When I'm not working, I spend my time running, playing golf (not too shabby for a 7 handicapper), and exploring the outdoors (blessed to live in what is arguably one of the most beautiful country in the world).
