- Responsibilities:
- -Effective functioning of the Foundation Phase Grade R to Grade 3.
- Maintain and running Beyers Beytjies Acadamy and the Grade R Teachers.
- Implementing and maintaining CAPS documents and implementing new RATP’s
- -Informal Class Visits for each class from Grade R to Grade 3, monitoring Learner Environment, Classroom Management and Lesson Preparation.

- Responsibilities:
- Choosing and Managing different Sport Organizers and Coaches.
- Organizing different Courses for Coaches.
- Organizing different Sport Days that include Mini-Netball and T-Ball.
- Responsible for Sport Budges for different Sport Codes.
- Training, supporting, and managing different Sport Organizers that include Athletics, Rugby, Netball, Soccer, Cross- Country and Softball.

- Served on the SMT as Teacher representor for 10 years.
- Responsible to represent any issues from Teachers with the SMT.

Management and mentoring of PYEI Phase 1 to 3 Teaching Assistants- 3 Years
- Interviews with possible candidates.
- Guiding and monitoring of new appointed EA’s.
- Responsible for Rosters and placing of EA’s with Teachers.

- Responsibilities:
- Control all administrative documents of the Grade
- Lead Grade Meetings.
- Managing and distributing of planning for each Subject,

- Mentor old and new staff in the grade
Compiling Rosters for playground duty and pavilion duty.
Softball Organizer- 4 Years
- Responsibilities:
- AGM attendance.
- Assuring all sport dates is on the term plan for attention of Staff members
- Determine the right coaches for each age group.
- Organize attendance of courses and improving coaching skills.
- Documentation of Sports meeting that’s include team divisions, league dates, bus duty and courses, who should attend. -Determine exercise times, who exercises where and what is expected during exercises. How is sports equipment handled, who oversees it, control over equipment.
Indemnity forms and Team Registration to the parents and District.
- Make sure all equipment is ready for exercises and matches.
- Place full program of league for parents’ information.
- Book and confirm buses early for away matches.
- Organizing Emergency Assistance/First Aid during games.
- Handling any problems during the season
- Managing and organizing Sport Games with opponent Schools.
Netball Organizer and Coach- 4 Years
- Responsibilities:
