- Ensuring corrective and preventative actions plans are followed through after any FG/SF nonconformity
- Ensuring Quality surveillance document data capturing is accurate and timeous in the packaging lines
- Supporting, and coaching Supervisors, line leaders/operators in the Production area
- Ensuring performance data is captured correctly and timeously on Shop-Ware
- Upskilling & developing the team – supervisors and operators on ERP, Technical aspects of production
- Ensuring plant non-conformances and clients complaints are followed up and consolidated for implementation of action plan
- Participating and playing a key role in advising the Plant Management Committee in matters pertaining the factory [industrial and People]
