- I brought the latest trends in sneakers, footwear and clothing at competitive prices to customers
- I also reported to the store manager, was responsible for maintaining the sales floor and processing payment
- Opened and closed the store when required, as well as ensuring all locks and alarms are set successfully which ensured the store was left in a secure state at the end of the day
- Ensured the shelves and displays remain well stocked with current shoes and clothing while maintaining the pristine of these items on display
- Ensured the shop floor always remained clean and tidy
- Achieved personal sales targets alongside supporting the store to achieve store targets
- Greet new and existing customers
- Answering the phone to help with customer queries and complaints
- Managed customer complaints through a satisfactory resolution, escalating the issue to the store management
- Manage the checkout including processing orders, refunds and processing transactions via both cash and card
- Completed daily til reconciliations, reporting any discrepancies to the store manager and deposited all moneys into the safe
