Human Resourcing Intern and Admin Assistant III (Human Administrator: Temp Division)

  • Capture appointments and staff changes on the Oracle system, such as biographical and contact information etc.
  • Perform validation for online approval.
  • Handle all HR admin related queries and resolve or escalate to relevant person who can action the request.

  • Capture end dates on the system for termination of employment contract as well as assist in rectifying end dates in order for employee's payment.
  • Conduct Online Training to Requestors on testing system as well as provide telephonic training.
  • Mentor New Requestors that request assistance on a continuous basis
  • Provide information and feedback to all relevant stakeholders about task that have been action: such as the requestor of the department, the Line manager and the HRBP.
  • Perform ad hoc duties in line with service level agreements.
  • Generate Reports upon request such as Budget reports, cost centre reports, EIT Reports as per department.
  • Provide efficient HR support and assistance to the environments and HRBP as well as provide suggestions on the best way forward.
  • Quality Assure that all tasks and actioned requested has been done correct. Supply environments with feedback to confirm if it has been actioned accordingly.
  • Process UIF requests such as unemployment and maternity requests.
  • Update System Errors when necessary.
  • Provide monthly reports to HR Administration to management based on performance and statistical report monthly.
  • Rectify queries and challenges with immediate effect to resolve problems and look to a proactive way forward.
  • Identify and report to management potential risk and ensure that all temp risks are mitigated as per processes, such as permit expiry and varied documentation.
