  • Successfully delivered Tech Services in region with a top quartile Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Managed EMEA Technology Service Budget from 2019 till date. Despite budget being flat for several years, identified savings opportunity that made it possible to do more with limited budget.
  • Network-as-a-Service: EMEA lead in Global WAN Transformation using SD-WAN technology. Ensured right sizing for bandwidths, resource planning, coordination of all transformation activities in all 54 EMEA locations.
  • EMEA Simplification Program: Lead for EMEA Simplification efforts that covered applications, print, voice infrastructure. About 70 legacy applications were sunset. Migrated 15 applications to AWS/Azure cloud. Moved print services to the cloud. Eliminated local PABX by moving locations to either Mobile Only or Cloud Voice depending on needs for each location. Decommissioning of all infrastructure in all data centers within the region.
